Fees

Registration $100.00

Books $100.00

Students purchase all books and workbooks before the first day of school. They are the property of the student. If books are lost or damaged, new books will need to be purchased at the expense of the parent/guardian.

Supplies $25.00

Late Pick Up Fee $1.00/minute
A late pick up fee will be assessed on any child at the rate of $1.00 for every minute that the school is closed after 3:15 p.m.

All fees are payable by check to CHRIST CHURCH. The first time that any check is returned for any reason it will be subject to a $50.00 charge. A second incidence of an NSF check will put the School in the position of no longer accepting personal checks for the payment of that student’s tuition, and cash or money order will be required thereafter.

All Tuition/Fees are nonrefundable. Tuition and Fees reflect amounts for the current school year. CCCS reserves the right to change tuition/fees prior to subsequent years.

Fee Determination

There will be no remission of fees for illness, vacations, or other events affecting attendance. CCCS assumes, relative to tuition and fee charges, that all the children enrolled will be in attendance. Therefore, the parent/guardian will be responsible for the customary charges agreed upon at the time of the agreement.

Nonpayment of Tuition or Other School Fees

In the event of withdrawal, transfer, or expulsion, the parents/guardians are responsible for payment of tuition and other fees through the 10th of the following month. Full payment of tuition and others fees must be made according to the selected method of payment. The school reserves the right to withhold report cards and student records until tuition and other fees have been paid in full. By signing the Parent/Guardian-Student Handbook, the initial application for enrollment, and/or an application for re-enrollment, the parent/guardian is authorizing the school to withhold report cards and other records until tuition and other fees have been paid in full.
